MECHANICAL CLAMPING JOINTS AND CABLE LUGS

CLAMPING WITH SCREWS WITHOUT BREAKING STEPS

Mechanical joint connectors and cable lugs are designed for the safe and reliable connection of copper and aluminium conductors in modern electricity generation, transformation and distribution systems.

The connection is made via mechanical clamping with stepless screws (without a predetermined breaking point), eliminating the need for crimping. The anti friction disc ensures reduced friction for greater contact force and prevents damage to the strands.

STEPLESS TECHNOLOGY

SCREWS WITHOUT A PREDETERMINED BREAKING POINT

CEMBRE mechanical connectors feature stepless technology: the screws have no predetermined breaking point and ensure the optimal breaking torque is achieved, reducing installation errors and improving clamping quality.

CEMBRE screws also maintain traceability after breakage (batch number marked on the screw base), simplifying maintenance and ensuring compliance with standards.
