In addition to its headquarters in Italy, the Group comprises six subsidiaries (United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, the USA and China) to cover Western European markets in terms of sales and support.
The subsidiary in Edison, New Jersey, serves the American market, whilst the Shanghai subsidiary serves the Chinese market.

CEMBRE S.p.A. is the long-standing headquarters of the CEMBRE Group. Founded in 1969 in Brescia, with its research laboratories, production lines and warehouses, it remains today the main technical, manufacturing, logistics and administrative hub to which all the Group’s subsidiaries look for guidance.
Founded in December 1986, CEMBRE Ltd. has seen years of continuous growth and today is a key manufacturing unit within the CEMBRE group.
The main office, laboratory, and plant are based in Curdworth near Birmingham while an active sales force is available to customers throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Established in March 1999, CEMBRE, INC., based in Edison, NJ, offers customers a comprehensive range of our products, technical support and repair services, with spare parts available immediately.
Our Edison office serves as our US headquarters, with sales engineers based in various states.
CEMBRE GmbH supports customers with its own field service and supplying the full range of products.
In Munich and Weinstadt, near Stuttgart, customers have access to a large warehouse and a dedicated service area.
In May 2018, the German subsidiary CEMBRE GmbH acquired the entire share capital of Ikuma GmbH & Co. KG ("Ikuma KG"), which is active in the German market in the field of connection technology and whose customers include various distribution partners of such material.
IKUMA GmbH & Co. KG merged into CEMBRE GmbH on July 1, 2020.
Since 1998, CEMBRE S.A.R.L. has continued to develop its presence in France, consolidating its commitment to its customers over the years. In 2024, in order to respond even more effectively to the growing needs of the French market, the company moved from its original site in Morangis to Lyon, relocating its offices, workshop and showroom.
With a sales force located in the most important industrial centres such as Paris, Montpellier, Nantes, Marseille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lille, Le Mans et Clermont-Ferrand, CEMBRE S.a.r.l. guarantees direct and continuous support to customers throughout France.
CEMBRE, S.L.U. was founded in 1994 and quickly achieved a successful position in the national market for electrical connectors and related installation tools.
Madrid is the location of the central office and warehouse.
Established in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, in 2024, CEMBRE B.V. is a one-stop shop for customers in the Benelux market.
The company provides a qualified team to offer targeted technical and commercial service quickly and effectively.
Since 2024, Cembre Electrical Connections Limited has been operating from its headquarters in Shanghai (China), with the aim of providing the Asian market with a wide range of products and a highly professional and responsive customer service, thereby meeting the needs of its customers.
