BA600C is the new cordless hydraulic crimping tool with adaptive function that marks a real revolution in the world of electrical crimping tools with superior performance, greater efficiency and optimised safety.
The BA600C uses 60 kN (6.1 tons) CEMBRE dies to crimp a wide range of electrical connectors on conductors up to 300 mm² (600 MCM AWG). Its innovative features guarantee maximum efficiency and reduced consumption for more precise and safer connections.

ADAPTIVE CONTROL FUNCTION
For smarter crimping
At the heart of the BA600C's innovation is its new adaptive function (adaptive control).
Thanks to this feature, the BA600C crimping machine automatically adjusts the force according to the connector cross-section, stopping the crimping as soon as the dies reach the stop point.
In this way, the BA600C only uses the force actually required for crimping,
avoiding reaching the maximum pressure of 700 bar every time.
The adaptive control function can be activated at the operator's discretion.

Correct positioning of connectors between the dies and precise alignment of conductors
BA600C is the ideal tool for those who demand maximum precision in every operation.
BA600C detects the presence of the connector inserted in the head and, as soon as it encounters the slightest resistance, automatically stops the die stroke, holding the connector without crimping it.
This function allows the operator to check the correct positioning of the connector between the dies and to precisely align the conductor in the terminal.
The result is more precise crimping and a reduction in the risk of errors and non-compliant electrical connections.

ADAPTIVE SERVICE
Up to 100,000 cycles with medium section connectors
The adaptive service allows you to extend the tool maintenance interval, based on the pressure used, from 30,000 cycles to 100,000 cycles with medium section connectors.
The 30,000 cycle service interval refers to standard tool operation of the tool. With the adaptive function enabled, this value is recalculated based on the pressure reached, expressing only the fraction of use actually employed, and bringing the service interval to 100,000 cycles when used on medium section connectors.

To ensure greater safety, the BA600C is equipped with a double-click activation system, which prevents accidental start-up and increases control during use.
