E-MARKET SDIR and the storage device E-MARKET STORAGE which can be consulted on the website www.emarketstorage.com and are managed by Teleborsa S.r.l., with registered office in Rome , at 4 Piazza Priscilla, as per CONSOB authorization and resolutions n. 22517 and 22518of 23 November 2022.
Till the 25th of February 2015, for the storage of regulated information made available to the public, CEMBRE S.p.A. has adhered to the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information, denominated "1Info", available at the address www.1info.it, managed by Computershare S.p.A. with registered office in Milan, via Lorenzo Mascheroni 19, a company of Computershare LTD group.
