BOARD APPROVES THE REPORT FOR THE 3rd QUARTER OF 2011

CEMBRE (A STAR LISTED COMPANY): IN THE FIRST NINE MONTHS OF 2011
CONSOLIDATED TURNOVER IS UP 15.1%
AND PRE-TAX PROFIT GROWS 16%

The consolidated net financial position improves further to a surplus of €12.8 million
Consolidated sales for the 3rd Quarter decline slightly (down 0.9%)
The Board resolved the acquisition of industrial property adjacent to Cembre's main complex in Brescia

Cembre (a STAR listed company):
Consolidated sales grow by 23.9% in the 1st Half of 2011
Profit margins of the Group also improve sharply

Operating profit for the period grows by 41.6%, while net profit increases by 39.7% on the 1st Half of 2010
The net financial position at June 30, 2011 amounts to a surplus of €9.6 million
Revenues for the first seven months of the year up 20.5% on the corresponding period in 2010

BOARD APPROVES REPORT ON THE 1st QUARTER OF 2011

CEMBRE (a STAR listed company): in the 1st Quarter consolidated sales grow by 32.6% while all financial and operating indicators improve

·Consolidated operating profit up 87.6% on the 1st Quarter of 2010
·EBIT margin grows to 20.8%, up from 14.7% in the 1st Quarter of 2010
Net financial position continues to improve reaching a surplus of €14.8 million
Growth continues in April, as revenues for the first four months of 2011 are up 29% on the corresponding period in 2010

The Shareholders Meeting of the listed company settled in Brescia approved the 2010 Financial Statements

Cembre (a STAR listed company): Distribution of a €0.26 dividend per share Consolidated sales grow by 32.6% in the 1st Quarter of 2011

In the 1st Quarter of 2011 consolidated sales grow either on Italian market (43%) or on foreign markets (25%)
At the end of March 2011 the net financial position corresponds to a surplus of €14.8 million
