BOARD APPROVES THE REPORT ON THE 3rd QUARTER OF 2010

CEMBRE (A STAR LISTED COMPANY):
IN THE FIRST NINE MONTHS OF 2010
CONSOLIDATED TURNOVER GROWS 20.4%
AND PRE-TAX PROFIT IS UP 74.1%

Consolidated sales for the 3rd Quarter increase 34.1% over the same period in 2009
The consolidated net financial position at September 30, 2010 improves further to a surplus of €9.1 million
Amendments to the By-laws in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 27/2010 (Shareholders’ Rights) and Legislative Decree no. 39/2010 (Independent Audit) were resolved by the Board
A new procedure for the Dealing with Related Parties was also resolved

Board approves the Interim Report at June 30, 2010

Cembre (a STAR listed company):
Consolidated sales grow by 13.9% in the 1st Half of 2010
Profit margins of the Group also improve sharply

Operating profit for the period grows by 64.3%, while net profit increases by 64% on the 1st Half of 2009
The net financial position at June 30, 2010 amounts to a surplus of €4.7 million
Revenues for the first seven months of the year increase by 15.2% on the corresponding period in 2009

BOARD APPROVES REPORT ON THE 1st QUARTER OF 2010

CEMBRE (a STAR listed company): in the 1st Quarter consolidated sales grow by 10.8%
Profit margins of the Group also improve sharply

Consolidated operating profit up 70.9% on the 1st Quarter of 2009
Net financial position strengthens further to positive €7 million
Growth continues in April, as revenues for the first four months of 2010 are up 10.6% on the corresponding period in 2009

The Shareholders Meeting approved the 2009 Financial Statements

distribution of a €0.12 dividend per share
Consolidated sales grow by 10.8% in the 1st Quarter of 2010

The Shareholders' Meeting approved the 2009 Financial Statements and the proposed allocation of net profit
The Shareholders' Meeting also reduced the number of members of the Board of Directors from eight to seven
The authorization to carry out transactions on treasury stock expires

The Board of Directors approves
the Financial Statements at December 31, 2009

Board proposes a €0.12 dividend per share
In the first two months of 2010 consolidated sales up 2.4%

Consolidated sales for 2009 amount to €76 million, down 19.4% on €94.3 million in 2008.
In the 4th Quarter of 2009 sales declined at a slower pace than in previous quarters, declining from €21.8 million in the 4th Quarter of 2008, to €19.9 million (down 8.6%).
Net financial position improves further, reaching a surplus of €5.3 million.
No recourse to redundancy contributions was made despite the downturn.
Shareholders’ Meeting called on April 27, 2010, Giovanni Rosani appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.
