Board approves the 2005 Consolidated Financial Statements
Cembre (a Star listed company):
dividend grows by 50%
thanks to the strong increase in profits
- The Board proposes a dividend of €0.15 per share, while net profits grow by 72.5% on the previous year.
- Consolidated sales grew by €70 million, up 7.4%.
- The net financial position is equal to positive €2.8 million, improving from a net indebtdness of €2.1 million at the end of 2004.
